Isle of Arran 10 year and 14 year, Tamdhu 10 year, Little Lowland 22 year, Glentauchers 21 year andKilchoman Machir Bay, Islay.

Nose:  Heavy Phenol, Tar, Sweet Malt

Pallet:  citrus, Peaty, Oily, Full and Mouth-coating.

Finish:  Big Peat, Soft Long Malty Finish

Tobermory Island 18 year

 

Nose: Stewed Prunes, Dates, Cinnamon

Pallet: Creamy, Spicy, Bourbon Sugar

Finish: Soft and Long with a Dry Clove Finish

Nose – Citrus, almonds, coconut, vanilla and woody notes. Bitter orange peel.

Body – Lemond curd spread, ginger beer spice and roasted barley

Finsh – Fresh, citrus fruit and vanilla

Nose: Slight Smoke, Heather, Soft and Perfumey

Pallet: Sweet, Fruity, Aromatic

Finish: Smooth and Long with Complex Spicy Flavors

Specialty whiskeys available for purchase. Unfortunately, due to the rarity of some of the whiskeys we will not be able to taste them all.
